End-to-end Fiber Dispensing Solutions

DRUMSER 2B FIBER DISPENSER from BAC POLYMERS INC has been developed with participation of Concrete Pourers/Finishers and Fiber Suppliers who know what is required and expected from an effective Fiber Dispensing Machine.

DRUMSER-2B is manufactured with Simplicity, Flexibility and High Dependability to give Owner/Operator HIGH UPTIME and low running costs. With proper site set-up ONE OPERATOR could finish a 10-yard truck in 3 minutes.

DRUMSER-2B could be used as permanent installation (indoor operation electrically powered) or as a field set -up by towing it from site to site. Being powered by onboard gas engines it could be ready to operate in just few minutes.

For operator dexterity and the cost saving purposes DRUMSER-2B could be integrated with level holding scissor lifts or ROBOTIC loading of fibers

Single operator completes a 10 Yard TRUCK in 3 Minutes. Or 75 Kg per Minute .

7. OPERATOR TO TRUCK DRIVER COMUNICATIONS

Auto oscillating lights RED =stop/hold truck; GREEN= Allow to depart or back up to the Dispenser.

8. SPECIAL ADDITIVE DESPENCING

‘We would incorporate any cement additives dispensing system.

9. AUXILIARIES

Accepts auto leveling scizer table , also incorporates Robotic fibers handling
